1. Promotional Offer Overview 

This promotional offer provides eligible IT Resellers, MSPs, and Traditional Resellers with access to the ViCyber cybersecurity platform for up to 6 months free of charge. The Offer is exclusively available for partners, facilitated through our new partnership with ViCyber, and is valid for sign-ups made on or before December 31, 2024. Resellers must commit to an annual subscription to qualify for the free trial.

2. Eligibility 

To qualify for this Offer, participants must be registered IT Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or Traditional Resellers. End customers are defined as individual client accounts managed by the reseller under the terms of this Offer. ViCyber reserves the right to determine eligibility for this Offer based on internal review. 

3. Offer Details 

• Includes: Automated Monthly Cyber check – endpoints, network, application, cloud. 2 Compliance assessments. Risk Dashboard  

• 6 Months Free Access: Available for end customers with 100 users or under. 

• 3 Months Free Access: Available for end customers with over 100 users. 

• The listed price is annual, but can be paid annually or monthly. 

4. Offer Validity 

• This Offer is valid only for sign-ups completed on or before December 31, 2024. 

5. Billing and Payment Terms 

• The discounted rate applies for the first year following the free access period. Standard ViCyber pricing will apply at renewal unless otherwise stated. 

6. Non-Intrusive Testing 

• ViCyber’s cybersecurity testing methods are designed to be non-intrusive and will not trigger standard security alerts, malware defences, or similar protective mechanisms within end-customer environments. 

7. Compliance 

• ViCyber’s platform is designed to support compliance requirements, including adherence to the Australian Privacy Act, but it remains the reseller’s responsibility to ensure that all local and international legal requirements are met. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

• ViCyber and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Offer. 

• ViCyber is not liable for any third-party claims or actions arising from participants’ use of the platform or services provided. 

9. Acceptance of Terms 

• By participating in this Offer, resellers, MSPs, and their end customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions
