• Perpetual License Offer: This Promotion is exclusively available to authorised IT resellers (“Resellers”) of Acronis products. Resellers must have a valid Acronis reseller account to participate. 

• Subscription Offer: Available to any new or existing service provider worldwide (excluding certain restricted countries) that partners with Acronis to resell products from the Acronis Cyber Cloud. 

2. Promotion Period 

• Both Offers: Valid for purchases made on or before 31 December 2024. Orders placed after this date will not be eligible for the promotional discounts.

4. General Discount Terms 

• Non-Combining: Discounts from this Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or deal registrations. 

• Renewals: At the time of subscription renewal, customers will need to pay the full price without the promotional discount. 

5. Purchase Requirements 

• Perpetual Licences: Must be purchased directly through the authorised Acronis reseller portal or authorised sales channels during the Promotion Period to qualify for the discount. 

• Subscriptions: Must quote the promotion code during the order process to receive the 20% discount. 

6. Licence and Subscription Terms 

• Perpetual Licences: 

• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. 

• Grants the client the right to use the software indefinitely without recurring subscription fees, subject to the standard Acronis End User Licence Agreement (EULA). 

• Subscriptions: 

• Discount applies only to the initial purchase period. 

• Renewal payments will be at the standard pricing. 

7. Geographic Restrictions 

• Worldwide Availability: This Promotion is offered worldwide except to the following countries/territories (subject to change): 

• China 

• Russia 

• Any country subject to a comprehensive US, EU, or Swiss embargo, including: 

• Cuba 

• Iran 

• North Korea 

• Syria 

• Crimea region of Ukraine 

8. Limitations 

• Promotion Cannot Be Redeemed for Cash: Or other products/services not listed as eligible. 

• Availability: Subject to availability; Acronis reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
