Promotion
- All new and existing Acronis partners (or “service providers”) are eligible for this offer.
- Acronis will provide a rebate in the form of Marketing Development Funds equal to hundred
percent of the billings for Advanced Security+ XDR till the end of November from registering
for all partners who meet the below criteria and register for the promo:
a. Partners that are using 100 workloads or fewer for Advanced Security + XDR on the
month of enrollment. - Partners must be already on or sign a minimal commitment contract in order to be eligible

https://partners.acronis.com/#manage/support - MDF payment can be claimed after the end of the promotional period. The amount
will be equal to a 100% of the partner’s actual usage of all workloads of Advanced
Security + XDR. Example: A partner enrolls in August, and consumes Advanced
Security + XDR for $200 monthly. After November, 30th, they reach $800 in billings
and can claim $800 as MDF. - MDF will be provided to the partner following the established MDF process. The partner
must submit an MDF activity request via the MDF Tool in the Partner Portal, specifying
Advanced Security + XDR Promotion and select the promocode PGGLB22. After
executing the marketing activity (promotion), the partner must submit the related MDF
claim request to be reimbursed for the funds, providing the proof of execution (6
months payment proof) in accordance with the procedure outlined in the MDF guide. - MDF has to be claimed within 3 months after the end of promotional period.
- The timeframe of this offer is August 1 – November 30, 2024.

- Acronis is offering this promotion worldwide (except to countries / territories this
promotion excludes) to any new or existing service provider who wants to partner with
Acronis to resell any of the products from Acronis advanced packs. - The promotion is available to service providers currently on a minimal commitment
contract. - A partner cannot participate in the promotion more than once.
- Only partners with standard pricing conditions are eligible for this offer.
- Partners must be using 100 or less workloads of Advanced Security + XDR to be eligible to
register for this promotion. - Once registered, partner is not limited on the number of workloads for Advanced Security +
XDR to be counted in this promotion. - Acronis reserves the right to cancel or modify terms, conditions, pricing and availability of
this promotion at any time without notice. - Offer is not valid in these countries / territories (subject to change): China, Russia or any
country subject to a comprehensive U.S., E.U.or Swiss embargo, which currently includes:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea region of Ukraine. - If a partner violates any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the offer will be
invalid. - This promotion cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts.
- This promotion will be construed and interpreted according to the laws of Switzerland without
regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. The venue and jurisdiction regarding any
disputes under this promotion will exclusively lie in the courts of Zurich. If any provision of the
promotion is in violation of any applicable law, such provision will to such extent be deemed
null and void, and the remainder of the promotion will remain in full force and effect. The
