- Discount: 40% off retail price
- Minimum: 1,500+ new M365 Copilot licences
- Coverage requirement: At least 80% Information Worker coverage
- Eligible customers: Existing M365 customers with ≥1,500 eligible seats
- Billing: Annual commitment (annual or monthly billing)
- Availability: 21 January 2026 – 30 June 2026
Microsoft 365 Copilot for All — 30% OFF
Ideal for mid‑to‑large customers scaling adoption
- Discount: 30% off net retail price
- Minimum: 300+ new M365 Copilot licences
- Billing: Annual commitment (annual or monthly billing)
- Availability: 19 February 2026 – 30 June 2026
Microsoft 365 Copilot Scale‑Up — 20% OFF
Perfect for customers expanding Copilot usage
- Discount: 20% off retail price
- Minimum: 100+ new M365 Copilot licences
- Eligibility update: Now available to all customers
- Billing: Annual commitment (annual or monthly billing)
- Availability: 1 October 2025 – 30 June 2026
