Free Tier
Lansweeper offers a free-forever tier for small setups (up to 100 assets). This is great for trying out the product or very small organisations, although support is community-based and features are limited on this tier.
Starter Plan
For or up to 2,000 assets. This includes all core features (asset discovery, inventory, reports), OT asset discovery, and basic support.
Pro Plan
For up to 2,000 assets but with more advanced features. Pro adds things like vulnerability and lifecycle insights, single-sign-on (SSO) for user logins, and a higher level of support. It’s suited for organisations that need more security and integration features.
Enterprise Plan
 This is for larger environments (starts at 10,000 assets and up) and pricing is by quotation (custom). It includes everything in Pro plus enterprise-level perks: a Customer Success Manager, support for multiple Lansweeper installations, assistance with global deployments, and optional concierge services. Essentially, it’s tailored for big enterprises with complex needs.
MSP Pay-As-You-Go
Enterprise level feature access and support but adapted to suit the unique needs of MSPs. Lansweeper’s PAYG pricing allows you to pay monthly based on your exact usage with no long term volume commitments or “true-up” penalties.
