Pricing Updates – July 2026
Microsoft has announced new Microsoft 365 list price changes that will take effect starting 1 July 2026. These changes apply to SKUs with Microsoft Teams included, with equivalent dollar-value increases also applying to suites without Teams.
Important notes on the pricing update
• Pricing shown by Microsoft today is in USD; Australian-localised pricing will be released closer to the effective date.
• These increases apply globally, with local market adjustments for certain regions.
• Nonprofit pricing will also change, as nonprofit rates are tied to commercial pricing through a fixed percentage discount.
