Microsoft has announced a series of updates to its Microsoft 365 Copilot promotional offers designed to make it easier for partners to activate customers, accelerate adoption, and support renewals across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise customers.
These updates include extended Copilot Business promotions, new convenience bundles, and expanded Copilot for All eligibility, reducing friction and opening up more opportunities to position Copilot at scale.
Copilot Business Promotions (Extended)
To help partners activate customers sooner and maximise the value of Copilot from day one—Microsoft continues to offer promotional pricing on Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, now extended through 30 June 2026.

These offers provide a strong incentive for customers approaching renewal to modernise their productivity stack, strengthen their security posture, and embed Copilot into daily workflows.

Microsoft has also announced updates to the 30% and 40% Copilot for E3, E5 promotions, expanding customer eligibility and simplifying how partners transact Copilot at scale.

What’s Changing
Removal of Information Worker (IW) coverage requirement
Customers are no longer required to meet the 80% IW coverage threshold to qualify for the 30% or 40% Copilot for All promotions. This removes a major blocker for deals that were previously unable to proceed.
Lower minimum licence threshold for the 40% offer
The minimum purchase requirement for the 40% discount has been reduced from 1,500 licences to 1,000 licences, expanding eligibility to more mid‑market and enterprise customers.
