Palisade

The worlds first DMARC agent

Palisade

Palisade is a cloud-based email security platform focused on DMARC compliance and deliverabilitydesigned specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and organisations managing multiple email domains.

It automates the deployment and monitoring of email authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI) across many domains, using AI-driven guidance to simplify complex DNS and policy tasks.

By making DMARC easy to implement (even with minimal technical skill), Palisade helps improve email deliverability, prevent phishing & spoofing, and even boost marketing engagement through verified sender trust.

Palisade

Why Palisade?

Email providers like Microsoft and Google are enforcing stricter DMARC policies. Without proper authentication, legitimate emails risk being junked or rejected. Palisade solves this with AI‑powered workflows that guide you through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup – no deep technical skills required.

Whether you’re managing 10 domains or 10,000, Palisade gives you a single dashboard to monitor, secure, and optimise email authentication across all your clients.

AI‑Assisted DMARC Setup

Palisade’s AI Workbench automates DNS configuration and policy enforcement, helping you reach full DMARC compliance 8× faster.

Multi‑Tenant Management

Manage all your client domains in one pane of glass. Group, tag, and assign access with granular controls.

Real‑Time Monitoring & Alerts

Get instant notifications for misconfigurations, spoofing attempts, or deliverability issues – with clear steps to fix them.

BIMI & Verified Sender Support

Help clients display their brand logo in inboxes with BIMI and Microsoft’s blue tick verification.

White‑Label Prospecting Tools

Scan potential customers’ domains for vulnerabilities and generate branded reports to win new business.

API & Integrations

Connect with 800+ apps including DNS providers, ConnectWise, and cloud platforms like Microsoft 365.

Use Cases

Primary Target – Managed Service Providers (MSPs): Palisade is explicitly built to serve MSPs and IT service providers who manage email for multiple client organisations. For an MSP, Palisade can become a value-added service in their portfolio: it enables them to offer DMARC-as-a-Service to customers without needing deep email security expertise on staff. Key use cases for MSPs include:

01

Multi-Client Email Security Management

Use Palisade’s multi-tenant dashboard to oversee all client domains’ email authentication status in one place. This is far more efficient than handling each domain’s DMARC manually or using separate tools per client. MSP engineers can quickly identify which customer domains need attention.

02

Improving Client Deliverability

Many small/medium businesses rely on their MSP to ensure important emails (invoices, marketing campaigns, etc.) reach recipients. Palisade helps MSPs improve deliverability for clients by getting their domains fully compliant with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, thereby reducing the chance legitimate emails get flagged as spam. Higher deliverability can directly benefit clients’ marketing and communications success (e.g. higher open rates) – an outcome MSPs can report on to demonstrate value.

03

Phishing and Brand Protection as a Service

With Palisade, an MSP can actively protect clients from domain spoofing attacks. The platform will alert and help block these attempts, functioning as an anti-phishing shield. MSPs can incorporate this into their security offering (often alongside services like endpoint protection and backup), thus enhancing their cybersecurity portfolio. Clients in sectors like finance, healthcare, government, or any that are frequently targeted by phishing will especially benefit from this added layer.

04

Operational Efficiency & Scale

For MSPs growing their client base, Palisade scales with them – the platform is built to handle many domains with minimal incremental effort. Features like bulk domain import and templated configurations mean adding a new client’s domains is quick. Automated compliance checks and weekly summary reports save technicians time. This efficiency means MSPs can potentially manage more clients without needing proportional increases in staff, improving their margins and service capacity.

Integration with Cloud Services and Platforms

The platform is designed to integrate smoothly with existing cloud and IT ecosystems, making it especially valuable for service providers and IT teams. It works alongside cloud email services to ensure proper domain authentication and complements them by managing DNS records and monitoring deliverability outcomes.

By connecting with major DNS providers and cloud infrastructure platforms, it simplifies the deployment and management of authentication standards like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI, reducing the need for manual updates. The solution also aligns with common IT management and service provider tools, offering integrations and APIs that allow it to plug directly into existing workflows, ticketing systems, and reporting dashboards.

Beyond these, it can connect with a wide range of third-party applications to support alerts, data sharing, and security monitoring, while its cloud-based delivery ensures high availability without requiring local installation. Altogether, it functions as a lightweight but powerful overlay to email and DNS environments, automating administrative tasks and strengthening security in a way that fits naturally into modern cloud-focused operations.

Pricing and Licensing Model

Palisade operates on a subscription model with special pricing for MSP Partners.

MSP (Managed Service Provider) Program – custom pricing: This model offers flexible per-domain pricing suitable for scaling across many client domains. Key points of the MSP program include a 30-day free trial (to onboard new MSPs risk-free), unlimited emails and users (so MSPs aren’t metered on volume while serving clients), and all AI detection/response features enabled.

Critically, it features a multi-tenant portal to segregate and manage multiple customers, white-label sales prospecting tools (so MSPs can brand reports or use the platform to win new business), 90-day data history per domain (sufficient for trend analysis), and 24/7 priority support with a named contact for partners.

MSPs also benefit from managed DNS records and “smart” DNS controls, meaning Palisade can handle DNS updates on behalf of the MSP or provide an interface for bulk changes – reducing the need to log into separate DNS providers.
