To enhance the security and reliability of the Acronis Cyber Platform, Acronis is introducing an infrastructure update that will route data centre traffic through Cloudflare.
This change is designed to strengthen protection against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and help ensure a secure and resilient experience for customers and partners.
No service downtime is expected during this transition. However, partners are required to make a firewall configuration update to maintain uninterrupted connectivity to Acronis services.
Please update your outbound firewall rules to allow traffic to the following IP range:
207.241.180.0/24
This update should be completed before:
10 August 2026
If the required firewall changes are not completed before the deadline, your environment may experience connectivity issues when accessing Acronis services.
Completing this update now will help ensure uninterrupted access and avoid potential service disruptions once the network changes take effect.
Acronis is adding this IP range as part of its move to route data centre traffic through Cloudflare, providing additional protection against malicious traffic and enhancing platform resilience.
