Microsoft 365 E7 & Agent 365 available 1st May – pricing, promos and next steps

Microsoft will launch Microsoft 365 E7 and Agent 365 for purchase through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program from 1 May 2026, with launch promotions available through the end of the year.

This release provides partners with a compelling opportunity to deliver a comprehensive Microsoft solution that brings together AI, security, identity, and governance under a single offering. By consolidating these capabilities into one SKU, partners can simplify licensing, streamline pricing, and deliver greater value compared to purchasing individual components separately.

What’s changing from 1 May

From 1 May 2026, CSP partners can order Microsoft 365 E7 on:

• Monthly (month‑to‑month)
• Annual (one‑year)
• Three‑year terms (pricing coming)

Microsoft 365 E7 includes:

• Microsoft 365 E5
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Microsoft Entra Suite
• Microsoft Agent 365 (AI governance and control)

Purchased separately, these components would be slightly dearer

Microsoft 365 E7 – Commercial RRP

• Monthly: $177.84 per user / month
• Annual – billed monthly: $1,867.32 per user / year ($155.61 per month)
• Annual – billed upfront: $1,778.40 per user / year
• Three‑year pricing: Coming soon

Microsoft Agent 365 – Commercial RRP

Agent 365 is available from 1 May 2026 and can be purchased as part of Microsoft 365 E7 or separately.

• Monthly: $26.88 per user / month
• Annual – billed monthly: $282.24 per user / year ($23.52 per month)
• Annual – billed upfront: $268.80 per user / year

Microsoft 365 E7 launch promotions

Available from 1 May 2026:

One‑year offers

• 10% off – minimum 10 licences
• 15% off – minimum 100 licences (max 9,999 licences)

Three‑year offer

• 15% off – minimum 300 licences (max 9,999 licences)

Promotions run until 31 December 2026.
Promos may go live shortly after 1 May. Standard CSP eligibility and ordering rules apply.
